High-strength Plate
The main structure adopts 960MPa high-strength steel plate to reduce the transport weight of single part; the pendant bar is made of 1100MPa high-strength steel plate to reduce the section size and the weight significantly.
Standard Container Power Unit
All power systems, control systems, hydraulic systems and cab are installed in the standard container, the 1600 ton crawler crane is compact in structure, easy to repair, and convenient to transport.

Safe Control System
Switch between two operation modes of working and assembly is convenient and reliable. The crawler crane features a complete safety system including real-time level display, electrical emergency control, anti-lightning protection, automatically walk switches, and CCTV monitoring function. 250G storage hard drive can also be equipped to save the 120h video data (with a large wide-angle camera).
Wireless Remote Control
The installation of undercarriage base, beam, track frame, the front and rear platforms of superstructure, A-frame, winch mechanism and superlift mast can be remotely controlled.
New Technology Application
Lift the superlift counterweight based on accurate calculation. It also gives unitization information before the superlift counterweight being lifted from the ground.

The track frame can self-assemble and the whole machine can stand erect itself for quick assembly and disassembly, which significantly saves your time and operation cost.
