Safe and Reliable

Spreader Protection System

The telescopic dual-beam top spreader features four hydraulically activated twist locks for quick securing and release of containers. Indicator lights tell the operator when the spreader is seated properly, locked or unlocked.

Rollover Protection

If the load approaches the machine limit, the 45 ton reach stacker only allows boom retraction and lowering. Should the machine continue to tip off balance, the rear counterweight joins with the hook plate and integrates with the rear axle.

Axle

All models feature heavy-load Kessler or AxleTech drive axles for longevity and durability. Numerous air-sealed wet brakes prevent contamination and reduce wear. The parking brake utilizes a driveshaft-mounted disc brake.

Intelligent System

SANY's reach stacker incorporates redundant CAN-Bus technology to transfer data between the engine, transmission, pump valves and other vital components. Proprietary technology Increases reliability, eases troubleshooting and improves stability and handling

High Efficiency

Engine

Turbocharged Cummins diesel engines with rated power of 335 hp (250 kW) / 2100 rpm comply with Tier 3 emission standard, providing clean and efficient power to all SANY reach stackers. Standard features include electronic monitoring of diagnostic and maintenance systems, fuel and water separation and protection systems for the engine and transmission.

Fixed-Shaft Power-Shift Transmission

Equipped with modulated dual-mode transmissions, SANY 45 ton reach stacker can operate in automatic or manual shifting mode. A de-clutching feature disengages the transmission when parked. An engine-mounted torque converter and electronically controlled hydraulics make driving smooth and easy.

Mobile Cab Technology

The SANY reach stacker cab slides horizontally on tracks to increase operator visibility. This feature reduces operating costs by making steering and maintenance fast and convenient.
