Powerful lifting capacity
The 40 ton rough terrain crane features five-section boom made from strengthened steel and optimized U-shaped section with max.lifting capacity of 40t, full-extended boom length of 31.5m, max.tip height including jib of 47.4m, which reduces weight and significantly improve safety.
Jib mounting angles are 0°,15°, and 30° to allow quick change-overs between different operating conditions so as to improve working efficiency of the machine.
Adjustable hydraulic system
Hydraulic system load feedback and constant power control provide powerful lifting capacity and excellent mobility. The unique steering buffer design guarantees smooth braking.
Excellent traveling performance
Four-wheel drive with four steering modes provides excellent mobility and control in all terrains. The rough terrain crane can handle tight traffic and complex road conditions due to its min.turning radius of only 6.2m.
Safety and Stability
Intelligent electronic control
Self-developed controller SYMC special for engineering machinery is configured. The CAN-bus fully digital network control technology provides stable control signal, simple harness, and high reliability. It can provide feedback on data and monitor the working condition of whole crane in real-time.
The load moment limiter
The 40 ton rough terrain crane is configured with comprehensive intelligent protection system that achieves precision within 10%. The comprehensive logic and interlock control system ensures safe and reliable operation.
